• Please note the room over the garage is securely locked and reserved for the owners only. Exercise caution when entering the house in low light conditions. There is a step down from the entryway into the living room, located near the kitchen. We kindly request our guests to be mindful of this step to prevent any surprises or startling moments.
• Please note that the closet in the master bedroom is reserved for the owner's use and is unavailable to guests. However, a clothes rack is provided in the master bedroom, and you are welcome to use the closets in the other two bedrooms for additional storage space.
• Property treated for pests. Lakes provide habitat for a variety of creatures. The owner is not responsible for wildlife or insects.
• Guests using motorized water toys must adhere to Lake Murray's NO WAKE zones. Close to the docks is a NO WAKE ZONE. Children must be supervised by an adult when on the dock, swimming, or using any water toys as needed. If you want to boat, tube or jet ski, please go into bigger water. A law in place states that no boat ski/tube/wakeboard or jet skis are allowed within 200 feet in front of docks or swimmers on the Lake. We aim to keep our guests informed and the lake a safe place for all!
• After using water toys, kayaks, and roll-out floating mats carry the equipment back to the designated area against the house. Please avoid dragging them across the grass, concrete, or stones to help keep everything in good condition.

Other Things To Note:

• Before checking in, primary/main guests must complete the online pre-arrival via Charge Automation. This requirement is important for us to gather your travel-related information and ensure you are well-informed of our property rental terms and conditions.
• To provide a safe and comfortable environment for everyone, primary guests must be at least 25 years old to book accommodations with us. 
• As part of our effort to help you relax and enjoy your stay, we insure the property against guest-caused, accidental damage with the Safely Protection Policy. The cost of this protection has been included in a Trust and Safety Fee or your rental rate. The Safely Protection Policy covers the cost of repairing damage to the property up to $3,000 for content and $3,000 for dwelling. Any deductible, minimum claim amount, or cost of repair in excess of the coverage limits will be the responsibility of the Guest, and PMI Palmetto will process the payment using the form of payment on file for the Guest. Additional information about the Safely Protection Policy will be provided upon request.

For stays longer than 30 days, please reach out to us with your inquiry, and we will coordinate with the property owner to confirm availability. Kindly note that an additional fee of $4 per day will be applied for stays of 30 days or more to cover damage protection. Booking Cancellation Policy:

Direct Cancellation and Refund Policy
• Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a 92% refund, excluding service fees.
• Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of the stay will receive a 42% refund, excluding service fees.
• Bookings canceled less than 7 days before the start of the stay will receive a 0% refund.

Vrbo Cancellation and Refund Policy
• 92% refund of amount payable (minus the Vrbo service fee) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
• 42% refund of amount payable (minus the Vrbo service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in.
• No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before check-in.

Airbnb Cancellation and Refund Policy
• Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away.
• 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in.
• No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.
