Meet the Team
Co-owners of PMI Palmetto, Nathan and Sharon Chapman, we began our real estate investing career in 1996 with a single, residential property. We entered into it with mixed emotions and quickly learned that this was something we wanted to pursue. We purchased several more properties over the next few years (including one new build condo in Myrtle Beach) and decided we should acquire our real estate sales licenses so we could further enjoy the commissions that come with each purchase.
In the early years, we performed much of the maintenance and learned what was needed to properly protect the assets. We enjoyed helping friends and family with real estate transactions and even helped others interested in real estate investing understand the process and shared our knowledge that might help them with their future ventures.

Sharon’s core values are honesty, integrity, loyalty, and compassion. Her professional journey includes roles such as Director of Operations for Gold’s Gym, Project Manager for FD Group, and Director of Property Management with U.S. Properties Group, managing 4 million square feet of retail space across multiple states. Licensed in real estate since 2004, Sharon is now a SC licensed broker and Broker In Charge for PMI Palmetto. She has held CPM and CCIM accreditations and is active in NAR, CCRA and has been involved with ICSC, IREM, and NARPM. Outside of work, Sharon enjoys spending time boating on Lake Murray.
Nathan always had a passion for real estate. His journey began in high school, learning about investment properties and attending foreclosure court for exposure. He graduated Cum Laude from the University of South Carolina with a double major in marketing and management. He started his sales career with Makita Power Tools, followed by roles with MASCO, National Nail and Agnew Lake Service. He became a licensed real estate agent in 2007 and is now a licensed broker. Currently, Nathan oversees the Vacation Rentals on Lake Murray. When he is not managing investment properties, he enjoys spending time with friends on Lake Murray, living life as an avid boater and lover of water.
Dalton Hahn brings expertise, integrity, and enthusiasm to every client interaction, making him a trusted partner in real estate. With a background in Detroit, Michigan, he quickly became a rising star due to his understanding of market trends, negotiation skills, and commitment to client satisfaction. Dalton views real estate as a personal service industry, aiming to provide an outstanding experience that earns client recommendations. Known for his responsiveness, knowledge, and professionalism, Dalton excels in establishing market value and tailoring strategies to meet clients' unique needs. Whether guiding first-time homebuyers or seasoned investors, his client-centric approach ensures informed, empowered decisions. His negotiation skills consistently yield favorable outcomes, making Dalton the quintessential choice for a results-oriented real estate partner. Dalton currently oversees Brokerage and Property Management.
Katie is a dynamic first-year Vacation Rental Manager and licensed Realtor with a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences. She has an enthusiastic personality and brings a fresh perspective and a passion for creating memorable experiences for each and every guest. Her knowledge of the market, coupled with a strong attention to detail, allows her to effectively manage properties while ensuring guests feel right at home. Though new to vacation rental management, Katie is committed to learning and growing in the field, always putting clients and guests first. Her dedication to providing excellent service and her approachable nature make her a trusted resource for both property owners and vacationers alike. Whether you’re looking for a memorable vacation stay or the perfect property investment, Katie is committed to delivering results with integrity and care.
Karen brings 25 years of experience from her former role in membership accounting and compliance at the corporate level, where she honed a strong foundation in managing complex tasks and leading sales teams with effectiveness. This diverse background has equipped her to excel in dynamic environments, where adaptability and multi-faceted skills are essential. As Operations Manager, Karen is committed to optimizing processes and enhancing team performance. Her strong analytical abilities and organizational expertise enable her to address challenges with precision and efficiency. Known for her friendly and compassionate nature, Karen’s keen listening skills contribute to a collaborative and supportive workplace culture. Karen’s passion for real estate is deeply rooted in her father’s work as a Residential Designer, sparking her interest in the industry and inspiring her to explore homes from every angle. In her current role, she continues to challenge herself intellectually while deepening her understanding of the real estate sector.
Angel loves arts and writing. She graduated with a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering Technology at TUP Manila with government and university scholarships. Throughout college, she developed her marketing skills and self-reliance by selling food, tutoring students, and performing cultural dances to support her studies. Her career began in the Soil, Water, and Wastewater treatment industry as a Project Coordinator and Engineer, before transitioning into roles as a Customer Service Representative at Sam's Club and a Procurement Engineer at Landco Pacific Corporation. These experiences prepared her for a pivotal role at PMI corporate as a System Management Coach and Marketing Lead. Currently, she balances her work as a Reservations Manager at PMI Palmetto—where she manages listings and reservations focusing on guest satisfaction—with an ongoing studies in Business Management at BYU-Idaho.
Atasha hails from the central Philippines, Atasha demonstrated a strong work ethic from an early age, balancing her studies with employment to support her education. She began her career as a cleaner in a nearby apartment complex, where her dedication and reliability quickly earned her the trust of the property owner, eventually managing rent payments on their behalf. This early exposure to property management sparked her interest in real estate. Today, she is a skilled bookkeeper specializing in short-term rentals (STR) and proficient in managing financial records through QuickBooks. Beyond work, she’s all about dancing, guitar jam sessions, and discovering new adventures.
Lynette hails from Valencia, Negros Oriental, Philippines a place known for its cool climate and scenic views. A Math Major with a passion for critical thinking, Lynette began her career with the PMI Books team as an intern. She quickly advanced to Assistant to Coordinators, focusing on Propertyware and Rentvine. Now part of the PMI Palmetto Team, Lynette manages invoices, pays bills, and handles owner draws. Before PMI, Lynette was a working student and an assistant to a bank manager. She balances her career with her role as a mother of two boys, drawing motivation from her family.
